Student Enrollment

Thank you for choosing to enroll your child in our preschool program. We are funded by the California Department of Education and regulated by Title 5 and licensed by Community Childcare Licensing Title 22 therefore, our services are provided to families who meet income guidelines.

To enroll in our State Preschool Program, please stop by the Preschool Office, 10203 S. Firmona Avenue, Lennox, CA 90304, Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM to pick up a paper copy of the application or you may also download our 2022-2023 State Preschool Program Enrollment application online, PDF is below. 

Please make sure to fill out the application and gather all documents that are required and mentioned in the cover letter of the Enrollment Packet. We will not be able to fully enroll your child until the application is complete with the necessary documents (copies of the documents are OK). Please do your very best to provide complete and legible documents/copies. 

Appointments: Once you have the application and documents ready, please call the preschool office at 310-680-3500 to set an appointment to turn in the application and required documents.
